"This Wild Pale Ale was brewed with floor malted Pilsner, malted wheat, and flaked oats. We added plenty of Mosaic hops in the whirlpool, and then fermented and aged in French oak barrels for 2 years. Citrusy and exotic with notes of Sauvignon Blanc grapes, kumquats, and Meyer lemon with soft French oak tannins. Bright acidity and mellow tropical funk round out the palate on this nuanced wild ale."
