Pours bright amber with billowy white foam. Noble hops and doughy fresh bread on the nose, with hints of stone fruit. Layers of complex malt flavor - from dry and biscuity to rich and bready - from a myriad of German malts, balanced with a clean grassy bitterness. Fermented cold with top-fermenting ale yeast. Hopped with German Tettnang and Saaz. Light to medium body, clean finish.
